En tur i det blå betyr at målet ikke er bestemt på forhånd, men at veien blir til mens du går. I en annen sammenheng symboliserer blått stabilitet, harmoni og samarbeid. Litt diffust, men samtidig utfordrende. For å illustrere denne type ovale utsagn har vi valgt å vise arbeidet til Alissa + Nienke, to eksprimenterende designere fra Nederland. Deres typiske karaktertrekk er at design, former og farger utvikles underveis i arbeidsprosessen.

Blue is the color of Monday
Walking into the wild blue yonder means walking into the unknown, and your path is made up as you go. The color blue may also connote stability, harmony, and cooperation. Slightly vague, perhaps, but no less challenging. To concretize these traits we have chosen to showcase the work of Alissa + Nienke, two experimental designers from Holland. Characteristic for their work is that shapes and colors are developed throughout the whole creation process.
